In 2001 werd bureau Stroming gevraagd een bijdrage te leveren aan het Logica-project in de vorm van een analyse en plan voor de in de stad gelegen groenstructuur. Logica gaat over het aanbrengen van samenhang en logica in de fragmentarische planvorming in de Hoogvlietse stadsvernieuwing. De stadsvernieuwing moet ook leiden tot verhoging van de kwaliteit van het groen in en om de stad. Het rapport dat in 2002 werd gepresenteerd gaat door middel van ruimtelijke uitwerkingen in op de toekomst van de groen-structuur, met het uitgangspunt dat de stadsvernieuwing tot een grotere bebouwingsdichtheid leidt en er om technische redenen wordt gestreefd naar meer water in de stad.
 In 2001, the Stroming firm was asked to make a contribution to the Logica project with an analysis and plan for the green infrastructure located in the town. Logica is about bringing cohesion and logic to the fragmented planning processes for Hoogvlietķs urban regeneration. An additional result of this urban regeneration should be the increased quality of the green spaces in and around the town. The report presented in 2002 examines the future of the green infrastructure through spatial developments based on the assumptions that urban regeneration will result in increased building density and that efforts will be made to bring more water into town for technical reasons.
